Medicare Supplement Broker Incentives- 2025 Q1 Update
Insurance companies that operate in the brokerage Medicare Supplement market typically offer per policy bonuses to encourage agents to sell their products. These bonuses generally vary by underwriting type to assist in achieving an appropriate mix of business.
Below is a listing of several incentive programs that are currently being offered. The majority of these are scheduled to be available from January 1st through March 31st.

The majority of carriers did not update their incentive programs from their AEP offering.
Carriers continue to include bonus payments tied to sales on ancillary products (e.g., cancer and dental).
